Upper Body Workouts

Here are some workouts that have worked for me

throughout the years!

Back workouts

  • Standing lat pushdown (Cable Machine)
  • Seated cable row
  • Assisted pull-ups for all ya’ll babies (like me) out there.
  • Close-grip pull-down
  • Single-arm dumbbell row

Shoulder workouts

  • Rear delt raise
  • Arnold press
  • Dumbbell lateral raise
  • Leaning-away dumbbell lateral raise (or with the cable)
  • Stand-back upright row

Bicep workouts

  • Dumbbell hammer curl (I usually do a circuit w/ these – you can add the workouts below)
  • Reverse barbell curl
  • Inner-bicep curl
  • Seated bicep curl
  • Cable bicep curl w/ short straight bar

I don’t usually workout my chest (probably should!). Try some of these workouts and let me know if they work for you too!
