Here are some workouts that have worked for me
throughout the years!
- Standing lat pushdown (Cable Machine)
- Seated cable row
- Assisted pull-ups for all ya’ll babies (like me) out there.
- Close-grip pull-down
- Single-arm dumbbell row
- Rear delt raise
- Arnold press
- Dumbbell lateral raise
- Leaning-away dumbbell lateral raise (or with the cable)
- Stand-back upright row
- Dumbbell hammer curl (I usually do a circuit w/ these – you can add the workouts below)
- Reverse barbell curl
- Inner-bicep curl
- Seated bicep curl
- Cable bicep curl w/ short straight bar
I don’t usually workout my chest (probably should!). Try some of these workouts and let me know if they work for you too!
